Job Description
Industry / Organization Type: Interior Renovation
Position Title: Interior Renovation Site Manager / Site Supervisor
Working Location: Various Project Sites Across Singapore
Working Hours: 5.5 Days (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm; Sat, 9am–1pm)
Salary Package:
Basic Salary from $2,000, depending on experience, up to $3,000 per month.
Commission reward upon completion of each project.
Employment Type: Permanent
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate with clients, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams to ensure all interior renovation works are carried out safely, according to SOPs and completed on schedule.
- Understand and clarify clients’ requirements, site conditions, work specifications and project schedules.
- Manage new and ongoing interior renovation projects, including planning daily site activities and coordinating workers and subcontractors.
