Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Support and supervise swap-out existing bands/technologies, including midnight services customers, with minimal service impact.
- Provide on-site engineering support for new wireless RAN sites.
- Oversea installation of RRU, antennas, BBU, and supporting equipment RAN projects.
- Perform installation quality checks and ensure compliance with approved design and vendor standards.
- Support commissioning, integration, troubleshooting, and on-air activities.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and project teams: provide timely site progress updates.
- Works closely with NOC and site access and service order permitting teams for proper coordination on-site activities.
Qualification
- Experience or strong knowledge with the vendor's RAN equipment.
- Familiar with wireless swap-out and new site deployment workflows.
