Job Description
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily site operations, including monitoring work progress, planning, and implementation in line with the master and detailed work schedules.
- Coordinate with all subcontractors to resolve site and quality-related issues efficiently.
- Review construction drawings and identify any discrepancies for timely resolution.
- Ensure all work meets the required quality standards and complies with project specifications.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of subcontractors and site foremen to ensure smooth workflow.
- Manage and facilitate inspections for Civil and Structural works in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Building, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
- Able to work independently with strong problem-solving abilities.
