Job Description
Mon to Sat - 8.30am - 6.00pm
Job Scopes- Supervise daily construction activities.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor subcontractors' performance and workmanship.
- Coordinate with Project Manager, consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Attend site meetings and technical discussions.
- Resolve site issues and technical problems.
- Inspect completed works to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Raise and close inspections (IR/RFI).
- Rectify defects and ensure proper workmanship.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations.
- Conduct site safety inspections.
- Ensure workers wear proper PPE and follow safe work procedures.
- Prepare work schedules and monitor project progress.
- Ensure project milestones are achieved.
