- Maintain accurate site records, drawings, and documentation
- Interpret and communicate complex plans and technical specifications to site teams
- Manage, monitor, and coordinate site works in line with contract documents
- Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, architects, planners, and the wider project team
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractor works and direct labour on a daily basis
- Organise site logistics and plant use to maximise efficiency
- Oversee quality control, BCAR compliance, and site health and safety implementation
