Job Responsibilities
- Plan, supervise, and coordinate daily construction site activities to ensure work is carried out safely, efficiently, and according to project requirements.
- Monitor project progress and ensure works are completed on schedule and within quality standards.
- Supervise site workers and subcontractors, assign daily tasks, and monitor productivity and workmanship.
- Ensure all works comply with approved drawings, specifications, company procedures, and workplace safety regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections, identify defects or site issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, consultants, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to resolve technical and site-related matters.
- Monitor material deliveries, manpower deployment, and equipment usage to support project progress.
