SITE ENGINEER-
Direct Hire: Full time With Benefits
3-5 Yrs Residential/Fit-out experience
Location: Sta. Rosa - Biñan, Laguna
Requirement: Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC)
Start Date: Immediate
Start WHAT YOU'LL DO Supervise residential & fit-out construction Monitor progress & on-schedule completion Coordinate with clients, reps & trades Prepare cost estimates & material requisitions Submit daily/weekly reports & site docs Enforce safety & housekeeping standards
WHAT WE NEED PRC-licensed Civil Engineer 3-5 yrs residential or fit-out exp. Proficient in MS Office AutoCAD knowledge — advantage Can drive — advantage Hardworking, organized, independent BENEFITS (POST-REGULARIZATION)

Salary Range 25k-35k (with Allowance Negotiable)
