Job Description
The Site Engineer is responsible for supervising the on-site implementation of telecom projects, including mobile network sites, fiber deployments, and network infrastructure. The role ensures all construction and installation activities are executed safely and in accordance with technical standards, quality requirements, and project timelines, particularly for Nokia and Ericsson-related rollouts.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily implementation activities (civil, electrical, telecom installation, cabling, and equipment works).
- Conduct site surveys, documentation, and pre-construction validation for mobile and fixed network projects.
- Oversee subcontractors and ensure strict adherence to plans, specifications, and schedules.
- Evaluate on-site issues and provide immediate technical guidance and resolutions.
