Job Description
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage all fit-out works at the project site.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved shop drawings, specifications and project requirements.
- Coordinate daily site activities with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and the client.
- Monitor project progress and ensure completion within the approved schedule.
- Inspect completed works to ensure compliance with quality standards and project specifications.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly site progress reports.
- Coordinate with design, BIM, MEP and procurement teams to resolve technical issues.
- Review shop drawings, material submittals and method statements before execution.
- Monitor material deliveries and ensure availability for site activities.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental (HSE) requirements.
- Identify site issues and propose practical engineering solutions.
