Role Overview
Site Cost Supervisor to oversee cost control, procurement, and contract compliance for high-end developments at Rockwell Nepo .
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full tendering cycle for contractors and consultants, from pre-qualification to final award recommendations.
- Ensure competitive, transparent, and cost-effective procurement aligned with project objectives.
- Prepare detailed Material Take-Offs (MTOs) and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) based on architectural, structural, and MEPFS drawings.
- Monitor project budgets and provide timely reports to management.
- Monitor monthly billings and variations by nominated subcontractors (NSCs) & General Contractor.
- Reconcile the Monthly billings with QS (quantity surveyor consultant) and the involved parties (NSC or GenCon).
