Location: Project Site (Eleve Homes Baguio / as assigned)
Reports to: Sales Head / Project Development
Position Overview
The Site Officer plays a key role in ensuring smooth on-site operations for the real estate project. She/He is responsible for maintaining model units, facilitating site orientations, assisting brokers and clients during visits, and supporting the sales team in presentations and deal closures. The Site Officer also serves as the first point of contact for broker concerns and requests, and manages essential administrative tasks to support the sales and marketing efforts at the site.
