This is a unique opportunity for a dynamic HR professional to join us at the 0-to-1 stage . You will be the backbone of our Singapore entity, ensuring seamless operations while we scale our cutting-edge technology presence in Southeast Asia.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

• Talent Acquisition: Lead end-to-end recruitment with a focus on Campus Hiring and sourcing technical/local talent for our AIDC operations.
• HR Operations: Manage the full spectrum of HR functions including payroll, CPF, tax filing, and leave management.
• Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to Singapore's Employment Act, MOM regulations, and PDPA (data privacy).
• Employee Engagement: Foster a positive startup culture and manage onboarding/offboarding processes.
