Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and oversee the team in executing maintenance activities, fault rectification, and ensuring compliance with maintenance procedures, safety requirements, and cybersecurity standards.
- Manage maintenance schedules and logistics to ensure the signalling system's operational readiness, adherence to safety and reliability targets, and alignment with cybersecurity standards and policies.
- Respond promptly to major failures and oversee their rectification within specified timeframes.
- Analyze and evaluate fault data, recurring issues, and system performance trends, providing detailed reports, recommendations, and corrective actions to the Section Head.
- Investigate persistent faults, conduct root cause analyses, and implement effective remedial actions to prevent recurrence.
