Job Description
Degree in American Sign Language (ASL) Interpreting, certified ASL Interpreter credentials, and 1+ year of experience as an ASL Interpreter in educational settings. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
Provide real-time ASL interpretation for students during classroom instruction and school activities
Support communication between students, teachers, and staff
Assist the student with understanding assignments, directions, and classroom expectations
Work closely with special education staff and support teams
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Support a structured and inclusive learning environment
