Tasks and responsibilities: To develops maintenance planning strategies, and schedules, coordinates and monitors the maintenance of all plant equipment. Development of Copper Smelter Shutdown strategy and planning Manage overall project interfaces with maintenance, operations and other work groups Compile project schedules for plant breakdown recovery and capital works Continuous improvement on Shutdown process including shutdown KPI management Undertake shutdown post review, lessons learnt, and produce and present shutdown close out report Liaise with Supervisors, Planners, and Planned Parts personnel to optimise future shutdowns Lead engagement with all internal and external stakeholders Requirements Minimum experience a Shutdown Planner for 3-5 years.
