Shot Blaster – Structural Steel
Location: Medway City Estate, Rochester
Pay: £13.80–£14.00 per hour
Job Type: Temporary to Permanent
Start Date: Immediate
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Shot Blaster to join a busy structural steel warehouse based on Medway City Estate, Rochester.
Key Responsibilities:
Shot blasting structural steel to remove rust, scale, and surface contaminants.
Operating shot blasting equipment and a fire hose to clean steel components.
Preparing metal structures to a high-quality finish.
Working safely within a busy warehouse environment.
Maintaining excellent attention to detail and quality standards.
Carrying out manual handling duties as required.
Taking accurate measurements and using good numeracy skills.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years' shot blasting experience.
Previous experience working with structural steel or metal.
Good attention to detail.
Strong numeracy skill...
