POSITION SUMMARY:

Carries out short-term workforce planning and logistics for functional departments in Fleet Operations. Follows operational guidelines and directives from Fleet Operations, Long-term Planner, and the functional SME.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Provides short-term manpower plans (schedules) for departments and/or positions as assigned.
2. Provides functional areas within Fleet Operations with systematic information supporting an effective par level planning process and related procedures.
3. Coordinates logistics for “just in time” sign on/off, acting as a liaison between Corporate Travel, shipboard management and external hiring sources.
