About the Project

SEHAT (Strengthening Essential Health Access and Treatment) is a pilot initiative to strengthen access to comprehensive primary healthcare services for vulnerable populations residing in urban slums of Raipur. The project aims to demonstrate a government-led, system-integrated model for doorstep diagnostics, teleconsultation, medicine delivery, referral linkage, and follow-up care by leveraging existing UPHCs, Urban Ayushman Arogya Mandirs, frontline health workers, and local implementation partners.
