As a Shore Excursion Senior Coordinator, you will plan, coordinate, and oversee shore excursion programs across all ports of call, ensuring high-quality guest experiences, operational efficiency, and strong vendor performance in line with cruise schedules.
Job Responsibilities
1. Shore Excursion Planning & Development
Design and develop shore excursion programs for various destinations aligned with guest profiles and itinerary requirements
Source, evaluate, and propose new tour concepts to enhance guest experience and revenue opportunities
Ensure all excursions meet safety, quality, and compliance standards
2. Operations & Execution
Coordinate end-to-end execution of shore excursions, including scheduling, logistics, and capacity planning
Prepare and verify tour manifests, timing, and operational readiness prior to vessel arrival
