Principal Duties & Responsibilities
The purpose of this role is to own the website maintenance and development function of the Group, which encompasses spearheading core front-end and back-end updates, ensuring completeness and performance optimization of Shopify features, timely resolution of support tickets, and proper management of internal and external stakeholders (e.g., Client Success Managers, brand partners). The role's functional scope acts as a central execution point for campaign rollouts and tech-stack enhancements.
You are expected to anchor the function and drive execution through the guidance of your technical lead. You will report to the Tech Lead / Operations & Technology Tools Head, champion the website lifecycle process, and establish and maintain proper structural controls in Shopify Liquid theme development, landing page optimizations, and application integrations.
