**What You'll Do:**
+ Install and customize truck equipment
+ Work with hand tools, power tools, wiring, and hydraulics
+ Read blueprints and solve mechanical challenges
+ Help build high-quality trucks for a variety of customers
**What We're Looking For:**
+ Strong mechanical aptitude
+ Experience with hand and power tools
+ Basic electrical, assembly, or fabrication skills
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
