Job Description / Roles & Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations of the fruit shop, including sales, cashiering, inventory, and customer service.
- Lead and motivate a small team of retail assistants to achieve sale targets and maintain store standards.
- Ensure product freshness, quality, and proper display of fruits.
- Manage stock ordering, receiving, and inventory control to minimi wastage.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve any operational issues.
- Prepare daily sales reports and assist management in planning promotions or product displays.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards in the store
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
