Shop Manager – Modular Construction
Salary: $45 to $60/hour, depending on experience and qualifications
Position OverviewCorner-Cast is seeking an experienced and motivated Shop Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of its manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising daily production activities while ensuring quality standards, health and safety requirements, and production schedules are consistently met.
The Shop Manager will work closely with the production team, project managers, and senior management to deliver high-quality modular buildings in a dynamic and rapidly growing manufacturing environment.
