**Job Title: Shop Helper – Motor and Generator Service & Repair**
**Job Description**
Join a busy service and repair shop that specializes in electric motors and generators as a shop helper, supporting skilled trades in the breakdown, repair, and overhaul of industrial equipment. You will work hands-on with mechanical components, learn the full overhaul process, and gain exposure to multiple trades in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Service and repair shop for motors and generators
+ Shop helper designed to float around to perform general labor duties
+ Washing, blasting, working around the ovens, assisting with multiple departments: mechanics, welders, machinist, quality, winders etc
**Qualifications:**
+ Manufacturing and production experience
**Work Environment**
+ Mon-Friday, some Saturdays. 40 hours a week, flexible for half Saturdays
