Descripción y detalle de las actividades Shop Floor Scheduler (P2) provides training and facilitates the incorporation of new resources. Analyze multiple variables such as line performance, high level head constraints, WO volume per type vs available lines, BOM errors, shortages, etc. and provide alternative solutions same as changes to increase WO queue flow in the seek of improvement between Setup, Manufacturing, and line performance (Plan vs Actual and efficiency). Assigns daily kitting schedules and coordinates the flow of WO between Setup and Manufacturing, optimizing resources. Trains and facilitates the new resources incorporation. Provides feedback to improve the work order management between Setup and Manufacturing. Review line performance (Plan vs Vigente) and propose changes to increase flow on the WO queue.
