The candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to travelers and assisting with the day-to-day operations of our retail shop.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Assist customers with product inquiries recommendations and purchases ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Maintain a clean organized and visually appealing store environment including product displays and merchandising.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system handling cash credit card payments and refunds.
