Job Description
Key Responsibilities - Shipping/Receiving Customs Analyst
- Review import and export documentation for accuracy and compliance.
- Responsible for the organization and coordination of all parcel services (Fedex, UPS, DHL etc.).
- Responsible for all customs activities as needed. (Trade-master paperwork for dunnage daily. Trade-master paperwork for import or export shipments)
- Support Corporate Logistics with Yearly NAFTA, CUSMA, USMCA
- Support investigations with CBSA -Canada Border Services Agency (CARM)
- Understand the Harmonized System and Classify products using the Harmonized System (HS) tariff codes
- Conduct audits of customs transactions and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare reports and analyze customs-related data to identify risks, cost savings, and process improvements.
