**Job Description**
The Shipping/Packing Associate accurately picks, packs, scans, and prepares customer orders for shipment in a semi climate-controlled distribution environment.
**Essential Skills**
+ Previous warehouse or industrial experience.
+ Experience with packing, picking, shipping, and packaging tasks.
+ Inventory and RF scanning experience with strong attention to detail.
+ Reliable transportation to consistently arrive on time for scheduled shifts.
+ Above-average job tenure, with approximately one year or more per prior position.
+ Willingness and ability to work 10–12 hour days during the busy season (August through January).
