Shipping Operative
Location: Wolverhampton
Pay Rate: £18.38
Contract: 6 Month Rolling Contract
Shift Pattern (Double Days): Alternating weekly shifts Mon-Fri
· Week 1 – Earlies: 06:00–13:30 (06:00–13:00 on Fridays)
· Week 2 – Lates: 13:15–21:00 (13:00–19:00 on Fridays)
Morson are recruiting on behalf of Safran Actuation Systems for a proactive and detail-driven Shipping Operative to join the Logistics Team at the Stafford Road site.
As a Shipping Operative, you'll play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality, on-time, in-full shipments while meeting strict industry performance standards.
What You'll Be Doing
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Creating daily shipment packs using SAP, courier systems, and customer portals
Liaising with couriers via email, telephone, and online systems
Learning and managing a variety of shipment types (full training provided)
