Shipping & Logistics Coordinator (32 hour position)

Full-time Material Recording, Scheduling, Dispatching, and Distributing Workers

The Shipping & Logistics Coordinator is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of domestic and international shipments while ensuring compliance with customer-specific requirements, regulatory standards, and company procedures. This role manages all shipping transactions within Epicor, coordinates transportation through parcel and freight carriers, prepares export documentation, maintains shipping records, and serves as a key link between warehouse operations, customer service, production, and customers.

 

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and experienced in ERP systems, shipping documentation, and logistics coordination within a manufacturing environment.
