Full-time Transport / logistics / warehouse

Duties: Manage product deliveries, ensuring order and invoice accuracy Ensures the efficient and accurate processing of the capturing of costings. Liaise with forwarders regarding relevant documentation. Liaise with freight forwarder to insure timely shipment clearance and delivery. Plan and monitor of deliveries with the receiving department. Ensure incoming shipments are checked. Reject damaged items, record shortages, and correspond with suppliers to rectify damages and shortages. Order processing including all administrative duties, i.e. sending, confirming, payment preparation Obtaining airfreight / courier quotations and arranging relevant collections. Keeping files up to date Coordinate deliveries of international orders: Follow up on delays, late deliveries, back orders, etc. Performs other duties as assigned to meet business needs Requirements : A relevant qualification in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field would be advantageous.
