Key Responsibilities
- RECEIVED DOCUMENTS / NEW BILL OF LOADING / FROM DECLARANT.
- Ask Billing Invoice and Request Cash Advance.
- Prepare Documents for Shipping, either Manual or Electronic Process.
- Monitor Shipments for Possible WEB. For manual shipping print document needed for web and give it to shipping processor in charge and Web it to terminal.
- Monitor Discharge date for storage and gate pass purposes.
- Once done issue a Delivery Order and already discharge. Print Delivery order and give it to the trucking coordinator for gate pass purposes.
- Demurrage / Detention computation.
