• Assume any responsibilities and tasks assigned by your immediate supervisor and perform them in a satisfactory manner.
• Maintain their work area in a safe, orderly and clean condition.
• Follow the internal work regulations and safety requirements established by the company.
• Actively participate in the improvement of the quality/safety and environmental management system, based on procedures and instructions, as well as share, understand and comply with the quality/safety and environmental policy.
• Coordinate, reserve and schedule the daily shipments following customer priorities and requirements.
• Creates the daily picking lists so the warehouse operations team can prepare physically the shipments.
• Track & trace: monitoring of delivery process with logistics suppliers and agents (ensures that all the shipments programmed and prepared arrived on time).
