Our client, aerospace manufacturing is seeking a Shipper to join their team. As a Shipper, you will be part of the shipping and production support team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment which will align successfully in the organization.

**What's the Job?**
+ Prepare finished parts for shipment by placing protective caps on threaded components
+ Bag parts to prevent contamination or damage during handling
+ Apply nets, caps, and layering materials for safe transportation
+ Ensure all products are protected from scratches, dents, or other damage prior to shipping
+ Maintain a steady workflow with a focus on speed and accuracy, meeting production expectations of approximately 360-500 pieces per hour
