Job Description
Silversea is seeking a Senior F&B Sanitation Controller based in Spain, Islas Baleares, to ensure hygiene and public health compliance across all shipboard food and beverage areas. You will oversee operations of the Galley Stewarding and Utility teams.
The ideal candidate has a background in cruise or luxury hospitality and is familiar with public health inspections. A Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field is preferred. Strong leadership and training skills are required.
