Job Description
Silversea. is searching for a Senior F&B Sanitation Controller in Barcelona to ensure sanitation and public health compliance in food and beverage areas. This role involves overseeing operations and leading the Galley Stewarding and Utility teams to meet the highest standards.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in cruise operations with strong knowledge of USPH/VSP regulations and HACCP principles. Shipboard experience and relevant certifications are highly preferred.
