Job Description
MindMatch in Alcobendas is seeking an experienced Front Desk/Receptionist to serve as the primary contact for guests, focusing on V.I.Ps and group events. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in a 4 or 5-star hotel, demonstrating excellent English speaking skills and capability to handle guest concerns professionally.
You will be responsible for maintaining the Concierge lounge appearance, coordinating special requests, and providing exceptional guest service while leading by example.
