FRONT END SHIFT TECHNICIAN - RUGBY PLANT📍 - GREEN SHIFT 🟢
4 on 4 off shift role
14 days off every 5 shift rotations (holiday allowance included in shift pattern)📅
Plus 6 “rota days” per year.
EXCELLENT SALARY PACKAGE💰
£57,592 inclusive of shift allowance plus annual bonus (subject to achievement of set KPIs)

Main Purpose of the Position
To work as part of a shift team in the manufacturing area. To safely run and maintain manufacturing equipment ensure the smooth and continuous running of the production line in order to meet the plant KPI requirements with a product that meets the defined quality criteria.
