We are partnered with a globally leading cosmetics manufacturer who are looking for a Shift Team Leader to join their compounding department.
The successful candidate will lead shift performance across compounding and pre‑weigh, ensuring safe, compliant and efficient delivery to plan and on time. You will also drive execution against schedule and KPIs, develop team capability, and champion continuous improvement.
This role is offered on a permanent basis, working on a rotating shift pattern of 06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00 Mon-Fri.
