Job Responsibilities
- Supervise technicians to ensure compliance with all HSSEQ rules and regulations.
- Conduct initial investigations of incidents and variances prior to reporting to the Shift Leader.
- Lead emergency responses as the Site Incident Controller (SIC) in the absence of the Assistant Shift Leader and Shift Leader.
- Lead a team of field technicians in tankfarm and jetty activities—system line‑up, ship/shore interface, equipment troubleshooting, tank and pipeline decommissioning, and more—when assigned to the field.
- Perform coordinating and monitoring activities—panelman duties for tankfarm and jetty, shore‑tank measurement, and operational checklists—when assigned to the CCR.
- Supervise technicians in performing basic frontline maintenance activities.
