Job Description
Shift Supervisor
Altera Recruitment Group is in search for a Shift Supervisor to oversee operational performance of their clients Anaerobic Digestion facility. Operating on a 4 on, 4 off days only shift rotation (12 hour shifts), the Shift Supervisor will be responsible for leading site operations during shift, supervising a team, ensuring performance standards are achieved, and supporting the safe and efficient running of plant activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and support operational teams during shift, promoting productivity, accountability, and strong performance standards.
- Oversee the day to day running of plant operations, ensuring activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with operational objectives.
