Supervisor – Knitting Production

Reporting To:
Production Manager
Purpose of the Role:
To ensure smooth and efficient execution of knitting production activities by maintaining adequate manpower allocation, monitoring machine performance and production flow, coordinating with planning, maintenance, and quality teams, and ensuring uninterrupted production while meeting productivity, quality, and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manpower & Shop Floor Management
Ensure adequate manpower availability and proper man-to-machine allocation as per the approved SOP.
Coordinate with jobbers to ensure smooth execution of production activities.
Conduct regular shop floor rounds to monitor overall production activities.
Ensure housekeeping standards are maintained throughout the production area.
