SHIFT SUPERVISOR with N6/Diploma OR Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering Minimum 5 Years' experience in Pulp & Paper/Tissue or FMCG Industry Supervisor Development Program - an advantage RESPONSIBILITIES Supervise & Lead a Team of Mechanical & Electrical Engineers Ensure smooth Operations & Production Processes during assigned shifts Oversee Maintenance activities Troubleshoot any Technical issues Co-ordinate with other Departments to optimize workflow Willing to Work Overtime, Weekends & Public Holidays, if and when required #J-18808-Ljbffr
