Overview

We are seeking a driven and hands-on 2nd** Shift Supervisor**, depending on what you prefer, to lead daily production operations and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency across the shop floor. This role is critical in driving team performance, meeting production targets, and maintaining a high standard of operational excellence.
