Description

JOB STATEMENT: Under the direction of the Shift Manager or Distribution Manager, the Shift Supervisor oversees daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, and shipping of case goods and related materials. This supervisory role involves hands-on duties in addition to leading a team of full-time, part-time, and temporary warehouse employees.


Essential Duties:

  • Lead and participate in daily warehouse tasks: receiving, storing, picking, and shipping.
  • Ensure team compliance with company policies, safety standards, and procedures including ISO 9001, HACCP, and GMP.
  • Conduct pre-shift meetings to review schedules, safety, and work assignments.
  • Monitor workflow and ensure timely completion of daily tasks.
