Job Description
Responsibilities
Daily Operations:
- Coordinate shift schedules and allocate resources effectively to meet production demands.
- Conduct shift handover meetings, providing clear communication of ongoing issues and targets to achieve.
- Monitor and analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and resolve any engineering-related issues that arise during the shift.
- Prepare and present shift reports to management, highlighting key performance metrics and areas for improvement
Safety / 5S:
- Site Incident Controller (SIC), leads the CERT to respond to any emergency situations
- Lead by example, ensuring a safe and efficient work place is maintained at all times
People Development:
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide...
