Join our team as a Shift Manager
Position based in Rotorua, New Zealand.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of fast‑food staff, providing coaching and ensuring breaks.
- Serve and prepare quality food, ensuring high standards of taste, safety and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain operational standards, including food safety, quality and customer service measures.
- Troubleshoot issues and engage specialists as needed, such as for kitchen machinery.
- Ensure health & safety for all employees.
- Support restaurant profitability through cost control and maximising customer opportunities.
- Ready to work nights and weekend shifts.
