Full-time Management & Operations

• Oversee daily operations of the shift to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Manage team members, providing guidance and support to optimize performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations at all times.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
• Conduct shift reports and communicate effectively with upper management regarding any issues or improvements.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in a supervisory role.
