Job Description
We are seeking a responsible and proactive shift supervisor to join our operations team. The role involves overseeing fixed‑bed catalytic reactors and a pilot‑scale separation plant connected to a SCADA control system and a gas chromatography–based analytical system.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate plant and reactor commissioning, start‑up and operation through the SCADA control system.
- Load and unload catalyst.
- Continuously monitor plant control and report data.
- Review chromatograms, interpret data in Excel, and prepare reports in Spanish and English.
- Coordinate shift handovers with other shift supervisors.
- Manage rotating 8‑ or 12‑hour shifts, including night shift dynamics where the supervisor works alone with one operator.
