Job Purpose

The successful candidate will support the Manager Base Maintenance in managing and monitoring base maintenance activities on Air Arabia and third-party aircraft within the specified type rating. The role ensures that all required work is performed, certified, and recorded accurately and in a timely manner, in full compliance with Air Arabia procedures and applicable regulatory requirements. The position is also responsible for supporting effective manpower planning and allocation, ensuring resources are utilised in a cost‑effective and timely manner to meet operational requirements and business objectives.

Key Result Responsibilities

• Supports and deputizes the Manager – Base Maintenance in leading a team of engineers and technicians as per adopted procedures and in line with regulatory requirements.
